Sport Commando Regulations
Respect
The word respect for the commando sports group is the same as the word (commando) and the state of respect is done as follows.
Hearing the word (step), all art seekers, in whatever position they are in, open both hands in a 90-degree position and then firmly attach them to the sideband of the pants, that is, they stand in a straight and stretched manner without any movement.
